NOVICE TEAMS
Novice teams are fundamental based teams. These teams train once a week for 1-1.5 hours, and compete at 3-5 competitions in Minnesota.

Power Athletics has both half and 10 month teams.


PREP TEAMS
Prep teams are progression based teams. These teams train twice a week for 2 hours, and compete against other teams at their same skill level at 4-6 competitions in Minnesota and in the Midwest.

ELITE TEAMS
Elite teams are skill, experience and technique based teams. These teams train two to three times a week for 1 to 2.5 hours, and compete at 5-8 competitions across the nation.​
